Kitchen with pendants over a navy island

Remodel and new construction electrical in Evergreen.

Kitchens, baths and new builds wired from rough-in to the last pendant.

Kitchen and bath remodels and new construction are where most of the wiring in a house gets decided. Total Electric does the electrical from rough-in to the last pendant, for homeowners and their builders.

Kitchens

Appliance circuits for the range, dishwasher, disposal and fridge; GFCI outlets along the counters; pendants over the island; recessed lights; and LED under the cabinets and along the toe kicks. Vent hoods and their lights get wired at the same time.

Baths

GFCI-protected outlets, exhaust fans, vanity lights and anything else the new layout needs, placed before the drywall goes up.

New construction

New builds and cabins get the full sequence: rough-in, inspection, trim-out and final. Commercial tenant finishes follow the same steps.

How a remodel runs.

The same four steps on a bath, a kitchen or a whole new house.

  1. 01

    Plan with you

Fixture, outlet and switch locations on the new layout.

  2. 02

    Rough-in

Boxes and wire placed while the walls are open.

  3. 03

    Inspection

Rough-in inspected before insulation and drywall.

  4. 04

    Trim-out and final

Devices, fixtures and LED in; everything tested.
